Refund Policy
At Precision-DOT-Screening, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services—including DOT and non-DOT screenings, drug testing, and compliance-related services—certain restrictions apply regarding refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final
All service fees paid to Precision-DOT-Screening are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed or the service has been rendered. This includes:

DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol tests

Background checks
-
Employer screening services
-
Any related compliance services
2. Missed Appointments/No-Shows
If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice:

You will not be eligible for a refund.

A new appointment must be scheduled and paid for again.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative fee (typically $10–$15).

Rescheduling is allowed one time at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Multiple reschedules or short-notice reschedules (under 24 hours) may result in a rescheduling fee.
4. Refunds Due to Service Errors
If a refund is requested due to a verified service error on our part (e.g., duplicate payment, system glitch, or administrative mistake), we will issue a full refund after review.

5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
